Life as a parent or busy working professional can be overwhelming—that’s why we make your health our responsibility. Just show up, and we’ll take care of the rest. Train on your schedule with 5 dynamic workout options and multiple daily classes. We’re open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, so you can train when it suits you.

As a HYROX-affiliated training club, we specialize in HYROX-specific workouts designed to push your limits in the world’s ultimate fitness race. Our expert coaches are experienced HYROX athletes, ready to help you train, compete, and conquer.

At Elevate, we go beyond the gym. We partner with top events year-round, giving our members the chance to take on 10Ks, half marathons, marathons, triathlons, HYROX races, and mountain hikes—across the UK and Europe. Train together, compete together, and push your limits.
